Development Process and Tools


eNyota combines a client centric approach with a process-driven approach to course development. We follow a systematic approach to course development including:

  • Needs identification phase to clarify scope and requirements
  • Design phase to finalize the approach for any project including the Instructional, Visual design and technical architecture. This may or may not include a prototype phase
  • Development phase
  • Evaluation phase

While this section gives more information about our standard processes, we do realize that no two projects are the same and our processes are adapted to suit:

  • The input the client provides
  • The timelines of the project
  • The review process of the client and number of review cycles
  • The client’s experience with eLearning (the process with a 1st time eLearning client will be different from what is followed for an experienced eLearning buyer who knows what they want exactly.)
  • The output requirements
  • Testing environments
If you have developed eLearning courses, we will leverage your experience, discuss our process and come up with a customized process to ensure a successful project. If you are a client that is new to eLearning, you can be rest assured that we will provide the best advice on the process to be followed to ensure the success of the project.
